I’m Chevy, the person behind CuReTeK.
Before becoming a brand, CuReTeK was born from a calling: the curiosity to understand how technology works, why it sometimes breaks down, and how to fix it. Over time, that calling grew until it became a way of helping others with their IT problems.
In this video, I tell you how that relationship with technology grew over the years and what lies behind the way I work today.
WORK PHILOSOPHY
Over the years, I have learned that it is often not enough to simply fix something. It is also important to understand what caused the problem, assess the available solutions, and help the client feel that they are in good hands throughout the process.
To me, IT support is not just about repairing a device or solving an issue. It is also about listening, explaining things clearly, and finding the most suitable solution for each case.
