Remote, on-site or workshop support, with prepaid hour packages if you need ongoing assistance.
If a job requires prior assessment, you’ll know the cost in advance.
On-site support
30 €/h + VAT
- Minimum billable time: 1 hour.
- Billing in 30-minute intervals from the 2nd hour onwards.

Remote assistance
30 €/h + VAT
- Minimum billable time: 30 minutes.
- Billing in 30-minute intervals.
- I’ll let you know the payment method when confirming the service.
Workshop repairs
- If you go ahead with the repair, the quote is free. If the repair is ultimately not carried out, the cost of the quote will be agreed with you before any work begins.
- If collection or delivery is required, a travel fee will apply. Check the cost here.
- If you already have the necessary parts, you can provide them as long as they are suitable for the repair.
Training and consulting
20 €/h + VAT
- Minimum billable time:
- Remote: 30 min.
- On-site: 1 hour.
- If the service combines technical support with training or consulting, the technical support rate will apply.
Data recovery
- Free, no-obligation quote.
- If collection or delivery of the storage device is required, a travel fee will apply. Check the cost here.

Emergency service
50% surcharge on the standard service rate
- The travel fee remains unchanged.
- Prepaid hour packages do not apply.
- For emergencies, call me directly.
Prepaid hour packages
- 5 hours: 140 € + VAT
- 10 hours: 250 € + VAT
- 20 hours: 450 € + VAT
Prepaid hour packages do not apply to emergency services.
Travel fee (Madrid)
- Zone A: 10 € + VAT
- Zone B1/B2: 20 € + VAT
- Zone B3: 40 € + VAT
Travel fees do not increase for emergency services.
