Support and maintenance
Slow computers, breakdowns, overheating, noise, programs that stop working, printers that betray you at the worst possible moment… I take care of it all, remotely or on-site. I also provide preventive maintenance to help avoid problems before they appear.
Networks
Wi-Fi that doesn’t reach, insufficient speed, dropouts, devices that can’t see each other, a VPN for watching football matches… I configure and optimise your network to improve coverage, stability and connectivity between computers, printers and other devices.
NAS, servers, VMs and home automation
When your data, services and automations start multiplying, it pays to have everything set up properly. I install and maintain NAS systems (Synology, QNAP, UGREEN, etc.), servers, virtual machines and home automation so everything works together without becoming another problem.
Data management, security, and recovery
Your data should survive even if your computer doesn’t. I set up automatic 3-2-1 backups so you don’t lose important information if a device, drive or account fails. If you’ve unfortunately already lost data, I assess the realistic options for recovering it.
Protection
Weak passwords, accounts without two-factor authentication and bad habits can become expensive when something goes wrong. I strengthen the security of your devices and accounts to reduce risks and protect you from common threats and online scams without making your life more complicated.
Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace
Email, calendars, storage and collaboration tools should save you time, not waste it. I configure Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace so you can work with more organisation, better security and fewer problems.
Computer builds and upgrades
If you’re replacing your computer or giving your current one a second life, it’s worth doing it properly. I build custom systems for office work, gaming, audiovisual production and servers, and upgrade components when it genuinely makes sense.
Consulting
You don’t always need to buy something. Sometimes you just need to know what’s worth doing. I help you choose equipment, improve your network, strengthen security or find the solution that best fits you or your business.
Training
The best solution isn’t always for you to depend on a technician. I teach you how to use your devices, applications, certificates, digital signatures and other everyday tools so you can become more confident and independent.
Warranty management
When a device fails, you already have enough of a problem without having to fight with the warranty too. I take care of the claim and follow up with manufacturers, retailers or technical services.
