PRICING AND TERMS

Transparent pricing and terms, so there are no surprises.

Remote support, on-site assistance, or workshop service, with hourly bundles if you need ongoing support.

For work which requires prior assessment, I provide a quote in advance.

On-site assistance

  • Minimum billable time: 1 hour.
  • Billing in 30-minute intervals from the 2nd hour onwards.
  • Check the travel fee here.

Remote assistance

  • Minimum billable time: 30 minutes.
  • Billing in 30-minute intervals.
  • Payment details will be provided upon confirmation of the service.

Workshop repairs

  • Fixed-price quote at no cost if the repair goes ahead.
  • Quote cost: variable. A price will be agreed before starting the repair.
  • If home collection or delivery is needed, the travel fee will be charged. Check the cost here.
  • The customer may provide the parts required for the repair, as long as they are suitable.

Training and consulting

  • Minimum billable time:
    • Remote: 30 min
    • On-site: 1 hour.
  • Combined services, meaning technical assistance plus training or consulting, are billed as technical assistance.

Data recovery

  • Free estimate with no obligation.
  • This type of service is carried out in the workshop.
  • If home collection or delivery of the storage device is needed, the travel fee will be charged. Check the cost here.

Emergency service

Hourly packages

Hourly packages are not applicable to emergency services.
